As an Executive Board Member, Maria Metz currently holds the Chief Operations Officer (COO) position within NTT DATA Romania. NTT DATA Romania, former EBS Romania, is part of the “Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation” (NTT). Established in 1988, NTT DATA has its headquarters in Tokyo and operates in over 40 countries. The corporation provides services from consulting and systems development to IT services outsourcing.

During the 16 years of activity in the company, Maria was actively involved in all development stages, being an innovator in the set up and development of the core teams, departments and organizational structures such as Delivery, Workforce Management and the company’s subsidiaries. At the moment, Maria’s strategic role is oriented on elaborating strategies for a continuous development and optimization of the company structures, as well as managing all strategic sales processes and projects.
