The 7 Deadly Sins of a Product Team
ImpactHub - Atlantic room
19th November, 17:00-17:30
I felt in love with programming the minute I got my hands on the first keyboard. As time passed, this love turned into passion, being continuously fuelled by the amount of technologies emerging year after year. Everything changed when instead of working on code & projects, I discovered the pleasure of working on Software Products.
There are many guides that show what it takes to make a Software Product successful, because there are tons of factors impacting the product’s success.
But this talk is not about that.
This talk is about what it takes to prevent products from failing.
This talk is about giving products a chance to succeed, a chance to be the great product we all dream about working on, a chance to become the product loved by our customers and used every day.
Ciprian Sorlea
Nordlogic Software
I am passionate about technology and people, and I spend a great deal of time getting the two play nice together. All with the intent of building great Software Products.
As an employee, consultant and business owner I had the great opportunity to work with and for companies ranging from Startups to Enterprises. and build products used by most of the Fortune 100 companies. For over 20 years I wrote software, I recruited/ coached and managed several hundreds talented engineers, designers and managers, and I brought tens of products to life. And I loved (almost) every bit of this.
Currently I am driving the Technology & Product Development strategy at Nordlogic Software, as its CTO.
