OVERCOMING THE CHALLENGES OF AGILE IMPLEMENTATIONS – A WORKSHOP FACILITATED WITH LEGO

The workshop is a guided walk through the steps of an Agile organizational implementation process, in companies that are either just adopting Agile or in the ones aiming to improve their Agile practice and efficacy. During a day of debates, experience and best practices sharing, we will focus mainly on the challenges of the implementations, taking into consideration two perspectives: agile practice and change management. Solutions will be detailed, from successful Agile implementation and improvement projects. The workshop will include also a presentation of an innovative tool for team self-management: Agile Excellerate, designed to introduce and support the continuous improvement of the Agile practice within the organization. The discussions will be facilitated through the usage of Lego bricks, the 3D models serving as a basis for group discussions, knowledge sharing and problem solving.
